Oxford Student Opera Society presents: Giacomo Puccini's Gianni Schicchi This 1917 comedic opera is based on Dante’s Divine Comedy, and written to a libretto by Giovacchino Forzano. While lesser-known, this opera includes renowned arias, including 'O mio babbino caro'. In line with our previous productions, we will present the entire uncut opera fully staged with live orchestra and fresh interpretation. Where? The Oxford Town Hall When? 20/02/25 and 21/02/25 (Doors open: 7:15pm, Curtains: 8pm) What should I wear? Come as you are! The Town Hall bar will be open from 7:15pm if you would like to get yourself a pre-show drink!
