As a part of The Women in Sport Campaign, Trinity Sport is hosting a 4 week 'Find Your 30' multi activity program aimed exclusively at female students.
This program offers a vibrant and empowering space where participants can explore a variety of physical activities based on classes offered at Trinity Sport. The classes include spin, pilates, boxercise and dancefit.
This program is open to all fitness and ability levels, whether you're a regular at the gym or simply curious about trying something new, this program will benefit you!
Details of the program location within the Sport Centre will be sent out weekly.

Time: 5-5:30pm
