Performing Live Kyra British singer-songwriter Kyra, has quickly established herself as a key player in the UK music scene. Showcasing her charismatic and distinct soulful vocal, 2023 saw Kyra release her jazz infused second EP 'as things grow', with tracks featured on various editorial streaming playlists such as New Music Friday, and Riffs & Runs on Spotify, as well as Brown Sugar and New in R&B on Apple Music. The EP was also championed by BBC Radio London’s Robert Elms, with a live radio performance of ‘grown’, the lead single from the latest project. Kyra’s music has been amplified with an array of live shows across the UK, including a spellbinding Jazz Re:freshed showcase, a prominent appearance at KOKO London for Global Soul and performances at other iconic London venues such as Jazz Cafe, Lafayette, Soho House and Southbank. A Wilderness festival performance lending vocals to UK Jazz favourites Blue Lab Beats, led to Kyra and the duo collaborating on new music together, further cementing Kyra’s presence within the burgeoning London Jazz scene. 2024 is proving to be an exciting year for Kyra, with a sold out headline show under her belt, a debut international showcase appearance at the renowned SXSW Music Festival in Austin, Texas and a feature on Blue Lab Beats latest album, ‘Blue Eclipse.’ Raelle “Searching for understanding of self and the world through music.” Raelle is an independent London based Soul singer who was nominated for Rhythm in Britain's Fresher of The Year 2023 award, alongside Mahalia, Mnelia, Essosa and Flo. Her music has been featured on VEVO UK's "DSCVR New Music", BBC1Xtra, JazzFM, BBC Radio 2. Her writeups include Earmilk, Stereofox and Wordplay. She's performed at Village Underground, The Jazz Café, Omeara, The Royal Albert Hall and Koko - Ellen's and Cafe Koko. She's opened for Yaya Bey, Lizzie Berchie, Sipprell, Marie Dahlstrom and performed alongside Jerome Thomas. Inspired by an eclectic mix of artists from Isaac Hayes to Beach House and Janis Joplin to Cleo Sol, her style is as diverse as her vocals are rich. Her soundscapes transport you into her world, putting you in the core of her most precious thoughts and memories. Her warm vocals gently soothe over your ears while her harmonic arrangements wash over you, fully encapsulating you into her soulful world where she hopes you find a piece of yourself. Her latest EP Bloodlines, pays homage to the Windrush generation, while showcasing Raelle's original orchestral arrangements. Raelle has collaborated with Yaya Bey, Full Crate, FloFilz, S.Fidelity and Moses Boyd on tracks due for release across 2024-5. CROOKS INC. An independent London-based band making waves on the UK Jazz scene with a unique blend of 90s R&B and modern jazz. This six-piece collective, featuring Bass, Drums, Guitar, Keys, Sax, and Vocals, delivers smooth, sultry tones that create the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. Formed in late 2021, CROOKS INC. have already headlined at iconic venues like Ronnie Scott's, Brixton Jamm, and XOYO, showcasing their evolving sound. With three singles under their belt, the band is carving out a distinct identity, drawing inspiration from artists such as Erykah Badu, Yazmin Lacey, and Oscar Jerome. Their latest track, "Let Go," emerged from a spontaneous jam session and delves into the struggle of self-prioritization and recognizing unhealthy relationships. The song features heartfelt lyrics layered over jazz and soul-infused instrumentals, highlighting the band's creative and emotional depth.
