DURHAM UNIVERSITY POLO CLUB TASTER SESSIONS 2024

Are you interested in joining Durham University Polo Club this year? Our taster sessions, held at Houghall Equestrian Centre in Durham, are the perfect opportunity for you to experience polo without having to purchase a membership. Whether you're an experienced rider or new to the sport, these sessions are designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of polo. Each session lasts an hour and provides a well-rounded introduction to the sport. You'll begin with ground training, where you'll practice with a foot mallet and ball to develop your technique and coordination. Once you feel confident hitting the ball, you'll have the chance to put it all into practice on horseback. Our taster sessions offer a fantastic way to get started with polo and give you the chance to meet the rest of the exec and our fabulous coach, Ed Morris. We can't wait to see you there!
