Whether you're getting crafty or dancing the night away, this year’s Diwali promises to be bigger and brighter than ever! DAY 1: (28th October)
Kick off the festivities with a delightful afternoon at One Elmwood! The Student Experience Team, together with our International Student Guides and Staff Diversity & Inclusion colleagues, invite you to join us from 14:00 - 17:00 for a fun and creative celebration. 🎨 What to Expect: * Diwali-themed crafts like rangoli-making and diya decorating * A variety of delicious chaat options available for purchase * Traditional attire encouraged, so feel free to dress up! ⏰ Time: 14:00pm - 17:00pm
📍 Venue: SU Foyer Area Pop by for some pre-Diwali fun! Don’t forget to register your interest here. Please note: This is a drop-in event featuring a food stall where you can purchase indian chaat. You will need to register separately for this event, even if you’ve already got a SASS Diwali ticket. DAY 2: (29th October)
Now for the main event! Get ready for a dazzling evening packed with captivating performances, incredible food, and exciting activities. From traditional dances to modern beats, we’ve got something for everyone. 🌟 Evening Highlights:

The celebrations don’t stop at Whitla Hall! Following the main event, we’re taking the party to a nearby club for an exclusive Bollywood-themed Afterparty. To attend the afterparty, please purchase the combined (Celebration + Afterparty) ticket on the link below.
