The Couch to 3km programme aims to help participants build up to a 3km walk or jog by providing weekly plans that include walking and jogging certain distances for a certain amount of time. This is a 6 week training programme with weekly emails and a weekly meet up on a Wednesday at 1.05pm
This programme is suitable for beginners and people who want to try out jogging/running.
