I definitely feel more comfortable in the kitchen now. There was a lot to take away from the session, but honestly, the basic things like knife skills and tips and tricks to cook more efficiently and better were very helpful.” Sid, PGT student “Most students, including me, are worried about the time it takes to cook and end up having ready-to-eat meals. These sessions seem well designed to teach us that cooking is not so hard when we follow appropriate and easy techniques.” Pallavi, PGT student
