Committee Training: Society Essentials

Everything you need to smoothly run your society! In this session, we’ll explore: - Financing your society: Sponsorships and Grants - Elections and Constitutions - Preparing for Welcome Week This session is part of our Committee Training Day! By coming along, you’ll get free picnic snacks and help prepare yourself for your committee role! We’re also running various training workshops across the day (10:00 - 16:00). Other sessions include: - Working Together - How to Organise Events - Welfare and Wellbeing - Sustainability and Accessibility Please note each society must have at least one committee member at each workshop! There will be opportunities for those who cannot attend this day of workshops to attend sessions in the autumn. The venue is wheelchair accessible, has access to basic seating, an accessible toilet and designated quiet space. There is car parking available next to the venue, including blue badge parking.
