Bauble Decorating for MRF

Get ready for the Holiday season with some decorations for your flat! On Wednesday the 4th of December come along to the Bridie Library in the GUU between 3 and 5 pm to enjoy some arts and crafts all while raising money for the incredible Meningitis Research Foundation! Meningitis is a medical emergency in every language. There are 2.5 million + cases of meningitis every year. 1 in 6 people who get bacterial meningitis do not survive the disease with 1 in 5 survivors left living with life long disabilities. Around half of all meningitis deaths are children under 5. This is why MRF are so important for all the people who have had their lives forever changed by this disease. They provide support services and a helpline plus do instrumental research into vaccinations and preventative measures. They have worked tirelessly to put meningitis on the world stage and helped create the Road Map to defeat Meningitis by 2030.
