Annie and Kirsty's pub quiz for MRF

It's beginning to look a lot like a... Christmas Charity Pub Quiz! On Thursday the 28th of November come along to the Record Factory at 8 pm to test your knowledge and have a good laugh all while raising money for the incredible Meningitis Research Foundation! Meningitis is a medical emergency in every language. There are 2.5 million + cases of meningitis every year. 1 in 6 people who get bacterial meningitis do not survive the disease with 1 in 5 survivors left living with life long disabilities. Around half of all meningitis deaths are children under 5. This is why MRF are so important for all the people who have had their lives forever changed by this disease. They provide support services and a helpline plus do instrumental research into vaccinations and preventative measures. They have worked tirelessly to put meningitis on the world stage and helped create the Road Map to defeat Meningitis by 2030.
