Ella has grown up in the church, a community she takes great pride in. It’s where she met her best friend, where her family’s traditions are rooted, and where her beliefs lie. Naturally, entering her teenage years, she starts to have questions about the most intimate parts of her identity. Parts that the church has so far failed to acknowledge.
How do you cope when you discover everything you are is incompatible with everything you’ve been taught to believe?
‘A Stained Glass Closet’ delves into the often taboo subject of female sexuality and how one deals with this topic when it has always been shrouded in shame.
This ticket is for the SATURDAY night performance
