Community Book Club : Persepolis by Marjane Satrapi

Looking for a breather from your studies? Come hang out with us on May 3rd at 4 p.m. at The Greenhouse, Devonshire House, for the Community Library's second book club gathering! We will delve into the graphic novel Persepolis (part I) by Marjane Satrapi. Join us for a discussion centred around themes of womanhood, resilience, and empowerment! Four copies of the book can be found in the Community Library. For film lovers, the story is also available as an animated film on various streaming platforms. Refreshments will be provided Please note this event is held at a venue that is wheelchair accessible via lift access, and an accessible toilet. You will also have the chance to inform us of any dietary requirements which are passed onto the venue. There is car parking available close to the venue, including blue badge parking.
